Job summary

In this client-facing role, you will evaluate financial statements, manage deal pipelines, and coordinate with credit risk, compliance, and cross-functional partners to deliver a seamless end-to-end experience while growing the credit portfolio.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business-related field or equivalent.
• 5 years of lending advisor experience.
• Experience evaluating financial statements to structure complex credits.
• Familiarity with complex client structures and wealth lending solutions.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Strong client relationships and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate the deal life cycle from proposal to closing.
• Serve as the first point of contact for Wealth Advisors and deal partners.
• Build relationships within the advisor team to deliver loan solutions.
• Structure highly customized, complex loan structures within credit risk guidelines.
• Drive new business and manage credit pipeline.
• Collaborate with Credit Risk Management and legal/compliance.
• Monitor industry trends and advise on profitability and credit policies.
• Ensure lending solutions are part of Truist Wealth value proposition.
