Job summary

The Structured Lending Advisor is a geographically based, client-facing role that partners directly with Wealth Advisors to deliver highly customized, complex credit strategies for UHNW clients. You will ensure an end-to-end wealth experience and drive credit portfolio growth across markets.

Responsibilities include structuring sophisticated loan facilities, evaluating borrower risk, and coordinating with credit, compliance and deal fulfillment teams to close transactions efficiently for

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business-related field or equivalent.
• Seven years of lending advisor experience.
• Experience evaluating financial statements to structure complex credits.
• Familiar with complex client entity structures and wealth lending solutions.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate the deal life cycle from proposal to loan closing.
• Serve as the first contact for Wealth Advisors and deal partners.
• Escalate backlogs and issues to move transactions along.
• Build relationships as an active advisor team member delivering planning-based loan solutions.
• Structure customized, complex loan structures within credit risk appetite and regulatory requirements.
• Handle various ownership structures and credit facilities for real estate, yachts, and securities-backed loans.
• Drive new business and manage credit pipeline; balance risk-reward with revenue goals.
• Prepare deal sheet memorandums for wholesale loan requests.
• Collaborate with credit portfolio, risk, counsel, and compliance teams to deliver timely credit processes.
• Stay informed on industry trends and competitor activity; act as a credit market ambassador.
