Job summary

Truist in Orlando seeks an experienced Structured Lending Advisor to partner with Wealth Advisors and design highly customized, complex credit strategies for UHNW clients. You will manage deal lifecycle from proposal to closing and drive credit portfolio growth while meeting profitability goals for supported markets.

Qualifications

• Excellent proven oral and written communication skills.
• Strong client relationship skills and ability to work with a team.
• Ability to operate independently with minimal supervision and manage multiple deals.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate the deal life cycle from deal proposal to loan closing.
• Serve as the first point of contact for Wealth Advisors and internal deal fulfillment partners.
• Escalate backlogs and issues to move transactions along the life cycle.
• Build relationships as an active member of an advisor team delivering planning-based loan solutions.
• Structure highly customized, complex loan structures within credit risk appetite and regulatory requirements.
• Drive new business generation and manage credit pipeline for all new and increased loan requests.
• Balance risk-reward to meet client needs and revenue/asset quality goals.
• Prepare deal sheets with structure, financial analysis, and risk considerations.
• Collaborate with credit portfolio, risk management, counsel, and other partners to deliver timely credit processes.
• Keep abreast of industry trends and market dynamics to improve solutions.
