Job summary

Truist Financial Corporation is seeking a Structured Lending Advisor in the United States to partner with Wealth Advisors, designing customized, high-value credit solutions for UHNW clients. You will be responsible for loan structures, risk assessment, and delivering a seamless end-to-end experience that supports portfolio growth and profitability.

In this role you will manage deal flow, draft deal screening memos, gather compliance and underwriting data, and coordinate with credit risk,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business-related field or equivalent.
• Five years of lending advisory experience.
• Experience evaluating financial statements to structure complex credits.
• Familiarity with complex client entity structures and lending products.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate the deal life cycle from deal proposal to loan closing.
• Serve as the first point of contact for Wealth Advisors and internal deal fulfillment partners.
• Escalate backlogs and issues to move transactions along the life cycle.
• Build relationships as an active member of the advisor team, delivering planning-based loan solutions.
• Structure customized loan structures within policy and risk appetite.
• Prepare deal sheets and gather information for origination and underwriting.
