The ideal candidate will monitor and troubleshoot network issues, manage incident tickets, and work in a 24/7 shift environment. Qualifications include a high school diploma, DoD Top Secret clearance, and 2-4 years of experience in relevant technical fields. Qualifications

• 2–4 years of relevant experience.
• Active DoD Top Secret security clearance.
• DoD-8570 IAT Level II certification required prior to start date.
• Ability to work in a 24×7 shift work environment.
• Experience managing or configuring network devices.

Responsibilities

• Create, update, and resolve network issues using the Service Now platform.
• Execute operations for configuration and analysis of customer circuits.
• Collaborate with UC stakeholders to maximize network availability.
• Provide global situational awareness to leadership.
• Record and monitor incident tickets through their lifecycle.
