Qualifications

• DoD 8570 IAT Level 2 baseline certification required prior to start date.
• 24×7 shift work capability is required for this role.
• Active DoD Top Secret clearance is required.
• General understanding of voice infrastructure and IP network topologies.

Responsibilities

• Create, update and resolve network issues using the Service Now platform.
• Notify contacts based on network incidents across locations.
• Operate networks including configuration and analysis of TDM and SIP trunks.
• Collaborate with customers and leaders to ensure maximum network availability.
• Proactively monitor network alarms with platform tools.
• Provide global situational awareness support to customers.
• Verify service restoration after resolution of tickets.
• Document outages, degradations and resolutions in incident systems.
• Maintain route plans, device profiles and calling search spaces.
• Develop solutions for UC and DRSN operations.
