Job summary

A technology and services leader is seeking a Unified Capabilities NOC Technician 3 to join their Ogden, Utah team. The ideal candidate will manage network operations, ensuring maximum availability for mission-critical services. Candidates must be U.S. citizens, possess an active Secret security clearance, and hold a relevant certification prior to starting. The job requires shift work, and responsibilities include monitoring network alarms and supporting customers with operational issues.

Qualifications

• Must hold DoD-8570 IAT Level 2 certification (Security+ CE or equivalent).
• Able to work in a 24x7 shift environment.
• Requires 2-4 years of prior relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Create/update/resolving network issues utilizing the Service Now platform.
• Execute network operations, including configuration and analysis of circuits.
• Monitor alarms and provide situational awareness support.

Skills
