The role supports the day-to-day operation and maintenance of UC infrastructure across USCIS locations, ensuring secure, uninterrupted, high‑quality UC services while moving toward a cloud-native, Microsoft Teams‑based environment.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in UC infrastructure technologies and troubleshooting.
• Experience delivering technical support for UC systems and incident resolution.
• Ability to coordinate with centralized support and ensure service continuity.

Responsibilities

• Deliver technical support for UC systems, including incident resolution, hardware and endpoint troubleshooting, and coordination with centralized support teams to ensure continuity of operations.
• Support day-to-day operation and maintenance of UC infrastructure, ensuring uninterrupted, secure, and high-quality UC services across USCIS locations.
• Contribute to transitioning toward a cloud-native, Microsoft Teams-based UC environment, coordinating security and compliance requirements and modernization initiatives.
