Job summary

Node.Digital in Maryland is seeking a UC Field Support Engineer to deliver technical support for UC systems, resolve incidents, and troubleshoot hardware and endpoints across USCIS locations.

You will help transition toward a cloud-native, Microsoft Teams–based UC environment, coordinate security and compliance, and collaborate with centralized teams to ensure continuous, high-quality services.

Qualifications

• Experience with UC infrastructure technologies such as Avaya Gov Cloud, Cisco UC, and MS Teams.
• Strong incident resolution and end-user support skills.
• Proven ability to manage service delivery and meet SLAs.
• Experience in hybrid on-premises and cloud environments.

Responsibilities

• Deliver technical UC support across USCIS locations.
• Resolve incidents and troubleshoot hardware and endpoints.
• Coordinate with centralized support teams to ensure continuity of operations.
• Contribute to modernization toward cloud-native, Teams-based UC environment.
