Node.Digital seeks a UC Field Support Engineer to deliver technical support for UC systems, including incident resolution and hardware troubleshooting. You will support day-to-day UC operations across USCIS locations and contribute to cloud-native, Teams-based modernization efforts.

Ideal candidates will have strong UC infrastructure experience, be adept at hybrid cloud environments, and excel in cross-functional collaboration and data-driven performance analysis.

Qualifications
