Job summary

CACI seeks a Unified Communications and Collaboration (UC&C) Operations Technician to provide maintenance and advanced support for global customers, focusing on UC&C services such as VTC, VoIP, IM, presence, and PBX support. The role requires working with CUCM, CMS, TMS, and related tools.

You’ll operate in a fast-paced environment supporting CONUS/OCONUS locations, with TS/SCI clearance and up to 10% travel, contributing to system upgrades, training, and SOP development.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI with polygraph clearance or ability to obtain polygraph.
• IAT II certification (Security+ or equivalent).
• 10+ years of relevant experience; degree may substitute for 5 years.
• CCNA certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide maintenance and advanced support for UC&C services (VTC, VoIP, IM, Presence, PBX).
• Work with CUCM, CUBE/VCS, MCU, CMS, TMS, Vbrick Rev, and IMC.
• Schedule, monitor, provide admin support, and troubleshoot UC&C issues; resolve break/fix requests.
• Perform IOS and software upgrades and manage network-related tasks.
• Assist in training, SOP development, and patching to ensure security policy compliance.
