Job summary

Cambia Health seeks a Test Lead Coordinator III or IV for hybrid roles across multiple offices, including Salt Lake City. You will assure that business functional testing within a work stream is completed with high quality while maintaining KPI performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Business Administration or related field, 5-7 years in business/health
• 5 years of experience in defining and analyzing business requirements, process modeling, and acceptance testing; 1 year leading UAT for corporate projects

Responsibilities

• Understand business work stream from user perspective and review requirements
• Develop and execute UAT, regression, and end-to-end functional tests
• Plan and lead business testing activities, estimate resources, schedules, and milestones
• Monitor UAT progress and report progress to management using metrics
• Coach and mentor the Business Test Team and advise Product Owners on KPIs
