Job summary

Cambia Health Solutions seeks a qualified UAT Lead Coordinator III/IV to assure business testing quality within a range of work streams. You will coordinate UAT, regression and end‑to‑end tests, validate data, triage defects, and drive KPI‑driven improvements.

The role requires strong organization, stakeholder management and knowledge of healthcare insurance domains; experience with Facets and AI tools is highly desired.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Business Administration or related field.
• 5–7 years in business/health insurance or health industry and 5 years in defining/analyzing requirements, process modeling, and acceptance testing.
• 7+ years for IV role with multiple complex projects and lead quality UAT initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Understand the business work stream and review requirements, architecture and design docs.
• Develop and execute UAT, regression and end‑to‑end tests; prepare test data and use required tools.
• Report results, defects, verify fixes, and lead UAT defect triage with KPI-based prioritization.
• Plan and lead business test activities; develop estimates, plans, schedules and milestones; manage risks and resources.
• Create UAT testing strategies and manage execution across teams and projects.
• Monitor progress, report metrics, and advise on improvements to processes and tools.
• Mentor the business test team and support go‑live and post‑implementation activities.
• Participate in process improvements and provide status updates to management.
