Job summary

Cambia Health seeks a Test Lead Coordinator III or IV for a hybrid role with three days in the office across multiple sites including Renton. You will assure quality UAT activities within a business work stream and support corporate projects with strong coordination and testing leadership.

Level III/IV responsibilities include defining testing strategies, leading cross-functional teams, and delivering high-quality test results while maintaining KPI targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Business Administration or related field.
• 5-7 years of business, health insurance or general health industry experience and 5 years in defining requirements, process modeling and acceptance testing with 1 year leading UAT.
• Experience writing and running queries to support UAT activities or equivalent education/experience.

Responsibilities

• Review business requirements, system requirements, architecture, and design documents.
• Develop and execute UAT, regression, and end-to-end functional tests with data preparation.
• Lead UAT defect triage and manage testing priorities based on business impact.
• Plan and lead testing activities, develop estimates and schedules, and manage risks.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Business Administration or related field

5-7 years in business/health insurance

5 years of experience defining and analyzing business requirements, process modeling, and acceptance testing

1 year leading and delivering quality UAT in corporate projects

Experience writing and running queries to support UAT activities
