Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is recruiting for a US Trade Ops Risk and Valuation Lead, based in West Chester, PA or Raynham, MA. Remote work options may be considered case-by-case for US-based candidates.

The role oversees import trade operations, compliance controls, and post-entry activities, serving as a SME for US import processes and partnering with internal teams, brokers, finance, tax and legal to ensure accurate declarations and audit-ready operations.

Qualifications

• BA/BS or equivalent experience in Supply Chain, Finance or other.
• Extensive experience in U.S. import operations and customs compliance.
• Knowledge of CBP requirements, HTS classification, valuation and post-entry activity.
• Experience leading government inquiries, audits, penalties, and remediation.
• Familiarity with ACE reporting and trade compliance tools.
• Ability to coordinate cross-functional work across Trade Compliance, Finance, Tax, Legal, Supply Chain.

Responsibilities

• Lead import trade operations, compliance controls and post-entry activity.
• Manage government inquiries, audits, penalties, and remediation.
• Coordinate with brokers, suppliers, finance, tax and leadership.
• Oversee valuation matters and entry corrections.
• Provide price information for economic indices; support liability management.
• Monitor HTS revisions and communicate updates to stakeholders.
• Support Nairobi Protocol operations as needed.
