Johnson & Johnson is recruiting for a Trade Ops Risk and Valuation Lead, based in West Chester, PA or Raynham, MA with remote work options considered on a case-by-case basis for US candidates. This role focuses on import trade operations, compliance controls, and audit-ready processes.

You will partner with internal stakeholders and brokers to ensure accurate declarations, effective risk management, and robust compliance across the value chain.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in U.S. import operations and customs compliance.
• Knowledge of CBP requirements, HTS classification, valuation, and post-entry activities.
• Experience leading government inquiries, audits, penalties, and remediation.
• Familiar with ACE reporting, broker platforms, or trade compliance tools.
• Ability to coordinate across Trade Compliance, Finance, Tax, Legal, and Supply Chain.
• Strong analytical skills with data reporting and dashboards.

Responsabilités

• Lead import trade operations and ensure accurate customs declarations.
• Manage risk assessments, audits, and post-entry corrections.
• Maintain Risk Register and Tracker with timely updates.
• Oversee customs valuation and entry-related documentation.
• Support price information for Import/Export Price Indexes.
• Collaborate with Tax, Finance and Legal on liability management.
• Address post-entry review errors and corrections.
• Support Duty Drawback and special regime entries.
• Monitor tariff schedule revisions and train partners.
• Engage in Nairobi Protocol operations support.
