The candidate will oversee monthly closes, variance analysis, and process improvements while supporting the Raynham & Bridgewater teams and ensuring compliance with audit requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required
• CPA/MBA/CMA or similar certification preferred
• Minimum three years of finance experience required
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; advanced Excel and presentation skills
• Collaborative in a matrix organization; able to work independently
• Strong analytical, organizational, and interpersonal skills
• SAP/Anaplan knowledge preferred; travel up to 10%

Responsibilities

• Manage monthly financial close for local ledger and ensure sub-ledgers post to GL accurately
• Prepare standard monthly management reports and perform variance analyses
• Maintain policies and ensure journal entries are posted to GL
• Provide financial leadership and business partner support to supply chain finance and category teams
• Forecast, track, and analyze manufacturing projects and cost drivers
• Lead annual and ad-hoc standard cost processes for Orthopedics franchise
• Analyze actual vs standard variances and support process improvements
• Coordinate compliance activities including internal/external audits
