Job summary

Picarro is looking for a Sales Manager to establish our commercial presence in the U.S. Refining market. This role requires effective pipeline development, deal execution, and maintaining strong customer relationships with HSSE leaders and technical stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will possess extensive B2B sales experience, particularly in oil and gas. Responsibilities include driving bookings, ensuring pipeline quality, and collaborating closely with Customer Success to ensure successful handoffs.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of B2B sales experience in oil, gas, refining, and petrochemicals sectors.
• Demonstrated success in complex, multi-stakeholder solution selling with long sales cycles.
• Experience scoping and closing $10+ million multi-year strategic contracts.

Responsibilities

• Own quota attainment through new bookings and expansions.
• Lead end-to-end deal execution, including qualification and contract structuring.
• Build and maintain a healthy pipeline aligned with growth objectives.
