Job summary

Picarro seeks a Forward Deployment Engineer to drive adoption of its Fenceline Monitoring solution across oil, gas, and chemical sites. The role embeds with customer teams, trains operators, and champions real-time data usage to shift from scheduled reporting to signal-driven decisions.

You will lead pilots, coordinate with HSSE and Operations, and enable long-term value realization, including workflow integration and feedback to product teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, environmental science, chemistry, industrial operations, or related field.
• Demonstrated experience training teams and enabling adoption of data-driven tools.
• Comfort with real-time monitoring technology and emissions data workflows.
• Willingness to travel ~70% and operate on industrial sites.

Responsibilities

• Lead adoption and value realization at customer sites during pilots and early engagements.
• Coach HSSE and Operations teams through real-time emissions workflows and dashboards.
• Design and deliver hands-on onboarding for site personnel.
• Collaborate with Customer Success and Product to feed back field needs into the roadmap.
• Develop and share repeatable adoption playbooks and field learnings.
