Acuity Inc. is actively seeking a Refuel Sales Manager to lead net-new business development and grow market share in the North American petroleum and convenience store channel.

The position requires 5+ years in sales growth or business development, knowledge of the petroleum sector, and a track record of exceeding targets.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a sales growth or business development role within the lighting, electrical, or industrial sectors.
• Experience in the petroleum market is a strong plus.
• Proven success in new business and account development while consistently exceeding sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Drive new business acquisition by pursuing new customers and partnerships in the petroleum vertical.
• Build strategic relationships with key decision-makers at target accounts and close multi-site deals.
• Expand market presence by opening new accounts, territories and manufacturer representatives.
• Onboard new channel partners to accelerate revenue in key markets and with key accounts.
• Manage a robust sales pipeline to deliver predictable quarterly revenue.
• Use CRM to track leads, forecast orders and analyze performance.
• Gather market intelligence and customer insights to guide product messaging and development.
