Job summary
Picarro seeks a Forward Deployment Engineer for Oil, Gas & Chemicals to drive adoption and value realization of the Fenceline Monitoring Solution at customer sites during pilots. You will embed the system into Environmental, HSSE, and Operations workflows, coach teams in real-time data use, and help customers shift from scheduled reporting to signal‑driven decision making.
You’ll travel up to 70% to customer sites in the US, CA, or TX, lead onboarding and training, and partner with Customer
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field.
- 5+ years in emissions monitoring or digital deployment.
- Real-time data and fenceline concepts knowledge.
- Hands-on training and adoption experience.
- Site safety and refinery/chemical plant familiarity.
Responsibilities
- Drive adoption, enablement, and value realization at customer sites.
- Lead onboarding and training for Environmental, HSSE, and Operations staff.
- Coach teams through real-time emissions workflow and data interpretation.
- Collaborate with Customer Success and Product for feedback and roadmap input.
- Develop scalable adoption playbooks and document field learnings.
