Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales and commercial negotiations in refinery or petrochemical markets.
• Proficiency in Salesforce or other CRM, Excel, PowerBI, and Microsoft Office.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects.
• Willingness to travel frequently to customer sites.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute commercial strategies to grow revenue in refinery and petrochemical markets.
• Lead pricing, contract terms, negotiations, and customer proposals.
• Forecasting, pipeline management, and monthly reporting using Salesforce.
• Visit customer sites (40-60% travel) and build lasting relationships.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure flawless project delivery.
• Represent the business at industry events to strengthen market presence.
