myKaarma is seeking a hands-on Recruiter to join our People team on a contract-to-hire basis. You will build candidate pipelines and move hiring forward quickly across U.S. operations and customer-facing functions.

The role requires sourcing beyond postings, managing multiple requisitions, and partnering with hiring managers to ensure efficient hiring processes. This position offers a fast-paced, high-impact environment with potential full-time conversion.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of recruiting experience, with high-volume hiring.
• Strong sourcing skills and proactive pipeline building.
• Experience recruiting for operations and customer-facing roles (CS, sales, success).
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions and shifting priorities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; strong judgment.

Responsibilities

• Own recruiting activity across multiple US operations and customer-facing roles.
• Build and maintain candidate pipelines through proactive sourcing and referrals.
• Partner with hiring managers to define roles and sourcing strategies.
• Conduct screens and deliver concise candidate assessments.
• Coordinate interviews and provide timely feedback.
• Maintain accurate candidate data and reporting in the ATS (Rippling).
• Provide visibility into pipeline health and hiring progress to leadership.
• Support recruiting projects and evolving hiring needs.
