This strategic role manages cross-functional teams across data governance, analytics, operations, sales, and customer support. The position drives talent acquisition, performance management, and resource allocation while scaling U.S.

Qualificações

• Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent leadership experience will be considered.
• 7+ years of executive leadership experience managing U.S. business operations, cross-functional teams, and tech-driven subsidiaries.
• Proven expertise in U.S. data privacy frameworks, regulatory compliance (CCPA/GDPR), and risk management.
• Demonstrated success in scaling e-commerce operations, channel sales, and customer success in the U.S. market.
• Strong strategic planning, cross-cultural communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead U.S. Data Privacy & Compliance governance for all U.S. business operations and ensure privacy protections.
• Oversee policy development, risk assessments, audits, and remediation initiatives.
• Provide inspiring leadership and daily management for the U.S. local team across analytics, privacy, administration, sales, and customer service.
• Drive talent acquisition, headcount planning, performance management, and cross-functional resource allocation.
• Direct and scale U.S. local operations (E‑commerce, channel sales, customer service) to achieve corporate milestones.
