Job summary

Staffmark Group is seeking a Privacy and Data Protection Manager to support the Head of Privacy in the NA Privacy and Data Security Compliance Program. You will cover North American affiliates and subsidiaries from Plano, TX, working onsite in a fast-paced environment.

You will oversee privacy policy maintenance, data protection procedures, and consumer privacy rights processes, collaborating with global teams and stakeholders to ensure compliance and risk mitigation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5-10 years of privacy and data protection experience.
• Excellent written and communications skills.
• Self starter in dynamic environment.
• Project Management skills.
• Understanding of Privacy and Information Security frameworks.
• Ability to analyze and interpret complex privacy laws.

Responsibilities

• Assist with day-to-day operations of the NA Privacy and Data Security Compliance Program.
• Prepare, manage and update privacy and data protection policies and procedures, plus process documentation.
• Manage the US Consumer Privacy Rights Portal, including consumer rights requests, back-end integrations, and reporting to management.
• Conduct Privacy Risk Assessments and data request reviews; assist with audits; support data mapping.
