Job summary

Parker Hannifin Corporation is seeking a Lean and Quality LDA as part of its two-year Leadership Development Associate program. You will rotate through Lean Leader, Quality Engineer, and Value Stream Team Leader tracks, gaining supervision, team leadership, and plant-wide Lean expertise.

The program focuses on leadership development, mentoring, and hands-on experience across multiple Parker divisions. Relocation and geographic flexibility are required during rotations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Engineering with a focus in Quality, Manufacturing, Industrial, Chemical or Mechanical Engineering
• Graduation before June 2027
• GPA of 3.0 or higher.
• Working knowledge of lean concepts and demonstrated application.
• Relevant experience gained through internship or co-op opportunities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; project management experience preferred.
• Must be willing and able to relocate.

Responsibilities

• Lead Lean initiatives at the Plant and develop a Lean strategy.
• Coordinate plant-level Lean projects and train associates.
• Establish and guide steering committees and teams per Lean principles.
• Drive continuous learning and education on Lean across the plant.
• Work with operations to develop a master plan for Lean goals.
• Support quality and cross-functional teams with lean methods.
