Job summary
Parker Hannifin Corporation is seeking participants for its Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) Leadership Development Program. This two-year program offers rotational assignments across EHS, operations, and leadership roles with competitive training and hands-on leadership development.
LDAs gain exposure to coaching from professionals across divisions and nationwide, with specified tracks in EHS Specialist and Front Line Leader, developing supervision, team leadership, and management
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in an engineering or science discipline; environmental/safety focus preferred but not required.
- GPA of 3.0 or better.
- Demonstrated leadership, communication and teamwork abilities.
- Willingness to relocate and work onsite nationwide.
- Compliance with ITAR/EAR: U.S. citizen, permanent resident or eligible status.
Responsibilities
- Develop and support EHS programs to meet facility objectives and targets.
- Coordinate all EHS training and support corrective actions from audits.
- Onsite contact for Corporate EHS and coordinate EPA/OSHA actions.
- Report EHS metrics timely and maintain records.
