Job summary

Synergy Talent Solutions LLC is seeking a Safety Manager to lead safety programs across two facilities, ensuring regulatory compliance, effective training, and continuous safety culture improvement.

The role collaborates with plant leadership and HR to identify hazards, conduct investigations, implement corrective actions, and maintain OSHA records. This position requires regular travel between facilities and strong multi‑site coordination.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or higher in Occupational Safety, Environmental Health and Safety, Industrial Safety, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 3–5 years of safety experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience supporting multiple facilities preferred.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA general industry requirements.
• Experience conducting safety training, incident investigations, audits, and risk assessments.

Responsibilities

• Lead safety program management across two locations.
• Ensure regulatory compliance with OSHA, EPA and local regs.
• Coordinate safety training and maintain training records.
• Lead incident investigations and root cause analyses.
• Identify hazards and implement corrective actions.
• Develop risk reduction and job hazard analyses.
• Promote safety culture and engage employees on safety.
• Prepare safety reports for leadership.
