Job summary

National Fitness Partners is seeking an Operating Partner to drive operational excellence and revenue growth across up to 3 clubs, including Monroe and Lancaster, NC. You will lead teams to deliver outstanding member experiences while maintaining brand standards and safety.

You will repair Life Fitness/Matrix equipment, model best practices in fitness engagement, and travel as needed to optimize performance across locations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years of multi-unit management experience.
• Certified Matrix Equipment Technician.
• Certified Fitness Trainer (active standing).
• Proven track record of driving KPIs and operational excellence.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to travel between assigned clubs (50-75% as needed).

Responsibilities

• Lead multi-club operations to achieve revenue and KPI targets.
• Partner with Regional Director to implement strategic plans.
• Model Servant Leadership and develop team members.
• Ensure brand standards, cleanliness, safety, and member experience.
• Oversee payroll and labor cost optimization.
• Manage marketing initiatives and member engagement campaigns.
