The role is full-time and salaried, with a starting salary of $75k and opportunities for additional earnings. Certification to repair Life Fitness/Matrix equipment and a Fitness Trainer Certification are

Qualifications

• Certified to repair Life Fitness/Matrix equipment.
• Fitness Trainer Certification required.
• Experience leading multi-location clubs.

Responsibilities

• Drive operational excellence and revenue growth across 1–3 clubs.
• Lead and develop teams to deliver the Ultimate Member Experience.
• Ensure brand standards and member experience across locations.
• Maintain safety, compliance, and high maintenance standards.
