Job summary

National Fitness Partners is seeking an Operating Partner to oversee two clubs in Exton and Phoenixville. You will drive operational excellence, member experience, and revenue growth while leading teams to meet KPIs and uphold Planet Fitness brand standards.

The role requires Life Fitness/Matrix equipment certification and a Fitness Trainer Certification to model best practices in fitness and member engagement. Travel between locations is expected as needed.

Qualifications

• Requires Fitness Trainer Certification and ability to lead multiple clubs.
• Demonstrated ability to drive revenue growth and operational excellence.
• Ability to repair Life Fitness/Matrix equipment per certification.
• Proven track record in team leadership and staff development.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Regional Director to implement plans achieving revenue and operational goals at club level.
• Ensure clubs operate within approved budgets and financial targets.
• Maintain KPIs including performance metrics and customer experience.
• Hire, train, and develop staff to deliver the Ultimate Member Experience.
• Model Servant Leadership and enforce policies and performance expectations.
