National Fitness Partners is hiring an Operating Partner to drive operational excellence and revenue growth across 1–3 locations in North Carolina. You will lead teams, model professional standards, and ensure the brand promise through cleanliness and member experience.

Certification as Matrix Equipment Technician and Fitness Trainer is required, with the ability to repair equipment and train staff. Travel between clubs is expected, with a strong focus on KPIs and safety.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years of multi-location management experience.
• Certified Matrix Equipment Technician required; Certified Fitness Trainer required (active).
• Proven track record of driving KPIs and operational excellence.

Responsabilités

• Oversee 1–3 National Fitness Partners locations (Golden Gate, Gate City).
• Drive revenue growth and brand consistency with a focus on KPI targets.
• Lead and develop club teams; manage scheduling and labor costs within budgets.
• Ensure safety, cleanliness, and member experience meet brand standards.
• Oversee marketing initiatives and promotions at clubs.
• Travel between clubs 50–75% as needed.
