Job summary

National Fitness Partners is seeking an Operating Partner in North Carolina to drive operational excellence across 1-3 clubs, manage revenue growth, and ensure brand consistency. You will lead teams, maintain cleanliness, compliance, and deliver an exceptional member experience while certifying to repair Life Fitness/Matrix equipment and modeling best practices in fitness engagement.

The role is full-time, salaried, with a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends for emergencies,

Qualifications

• Certified to repair Life Fitness/Matrix equipment.
• Fitness Trainer Certification required.
• Strong leadership and operations experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead operational plans to hit revenue and KPI targets.
• Develop and coach staff; reduce turnover and improve service.
• Ensure brand standards, cleanliness, and member experience.
• Oversee safety, compliance, and equipment maintenance.
• Manage labor costs and payroll within budgets.
