Job summary

National Fitness Partners is seeking an Operating Partner to drive operational excellence, revenue growth, and brand consistency across up to three clubs. You will lead teams to maintain cleanliness, safety, and a premier member experience while repairing Life Fitness/Matrix equipment and modeling best practices.

You will collaborate with the Regional Director, manage KPIs, training, and promotions, and travel betweenRockingham and Albemarle locations as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years of multi-unit management experience.
• Certified Matrix Equipment Technician (required).
• Certified Fitness Trainer (required; active).
• Willingness to travel between clubs (50–75%).

Responsibilities

• Lead operational excellence and revenue growth across 1–3 National Fitness Partners locations.
• Ensure cleanliness, safety, and brand standards at all times.
• Coach staff to meet KPIs and performance targets.
• Manage labor costs and scheduling within budgets.
• Oversee member experience and resolve issues promptly.
• Collaborate with Regional Director on strategic plans.
