National Fitness Partners is seeking an Operating Partner to drive operational excellence, revenue growth, and brand consistency across 1–3 club locations. You will lead teams to exceed KPIs, ensure cleanliness and member experience, and model best practices in fitness engagement.

Certification to repair Life Fitness/Matrix equipment and a Fitness Trainer credential are required. The role includes travel between clubs (50–75%), leadership development, and participation in company initiatives.

Qualifikationen

• Certified Matrix Equipment Technician certification.
• Certified Fitness Trainer certification.
• Experience managing multiple clubs or locations.
• Proven ability to drive KPIs and operational metrics.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel between clubs.

Aufgaben

• Partner with Regional Director to set and execute strategic plans for revenue and operations at club level.
• Ensure clubs meet approved budgets and financial targets.
• Drive KPIs such as closing %, Black Card %, and member growth.
• Maintain compliance and safety standards across locations.
• Hire, train, and develop staff to deliver the Ultimate Member Experience.
• Oversee equipment maintenance and basic repairs (Life Fitness/Matrix).
• Monitor front desk operations and member interactions to ensure excellent service.
• Manage payroll hours and labor costs within budget.
