Job summary

National Fitness Partners is seeking an Operating Partner to drive operational excellence and revenue growth across up to three clubs in Concord and Kannapolis, NC. The role combines strategic leadership with hands-on management to ensure top-notch member experience and brand standards.

You will oversee staffing, training, and performance, while ensuring safety, cleanliness, and compliance. The position requires Life Fitness/Matrix certification capabilities and a Fitness Trainer Certification,

Qualifications

• Certified to repair Life Fitness/Matrix equipment and hold a Fitness Trainer Certification.
• Strong leadership and team development abilities.
• Ability to drive revenue growth while upholding brand standards.

Responsibilities

• Formulate and implement strategic plans with the Regional Director to hit revenue and operational goals at club level.
• Hire, train, and develop team members to deliver the Ultimate Member Experience.
• Ensure clubs reflect Planet Fitness branding with cleanliness and consistent member service.
• Maintain OSHA/ADA compliance and promote a safe club environment; oversee equipment maintenance.
• Manage payroll hours to stay within budget; support cost control and profit margins across clubs.
