HireneXus is partnering with a leading equipment financing solutions provider to recruit a Regional Sales Manager for the Twin Cities region. The role focuses on building relationships with end-users, equipment dealers, and manufacturers, with deal sizes ranging from $100,000 to $2,500,000.

The ideal candidate will have proven equipment finance and sales experience, strong communication skills, and a willingness to travel within the territory.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of sales success in equipment finance or equipment sales.
• Experience building new business and managing a regional book of clients.
• Ability to use CRM systems to track opportunities and activity.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, professional presentation.

Responsabilités

• Prospect for new business at end-users and dealers within the Twin Cities region.
• Maintain and expand relationships with existing customers.
• Leverage CRM and marketing tools to drive opportunities and closings.
• Collaborate with credit, documentation, and collections teams.
• Coordinate closings and manage ad hoc responsibilities within the territory.
