Job summary

HireneXus is partnering with a leading equipment financing solutions provider to recruit a Regional Sales Manager for Central Florida. You will source and close new business with end-users, dealers, and manufacturers, building a robust book of business across a large territory.

The ideal candidate has a proven track record in equipment finance or equipment sales, exceptional communication skills, and a willingness to travel. A strong customer service mindset is essential.

Qualifications

• Must have proven sales in equipment finance or a related field.
• Excellent communication skills for client engagement and deal closure.
• Familiarity with the equipment finance process is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prospect for new business at end-users and dealers.
• Maintain and expand existing customer relationships.
• Use the CRM system to track and market to customers, prospects, and dealers.
• Develop strong internal relationships with credit, documentation, and marketing teams.
• Initiate applications, coordinate closings, and manage territory responsibilities.
