TPAPT is seeking experienced AP Instructors to deliver online AP test-prep tutoring for high school students (grades 9–12). The role is a contract position with flexible scheduling and online delivery from a remote location in the US Central Time zone.

Responsibilities include providing AP tutoring sessions of 60–90 minutes, aligning lessons to student needs, and maintaining regular, reliable tutoring assignments between 3 PM–9 PM CST on weekdays and 10 AM–4 PM CST on some weekends.

Qualifikationen

• Earned Bachelor's Degree.
• State teaching certification (current/former) and AP subject teaching experience preferred.
• 3–12 hours per week availability.
• Excellent communication skills and a passion for helping others learn.
• Familiarity with online lesson delivery.

TPAPT, a national nonprofit consortium of over 15,000 locally owned and operated tutoring & college advising programs, is seeking experienced AP Instructors to work with US students in grades 9-12. Tutors will work closely with students to understand their unique learning styles and create customized lesson plans that support their individual academic goals.

The ideal candidate is a licensed teacher who is passionate about education, exhibits strong communication skills, and has instructed or tutored this AP course for their high school in the past.

Tests: AP World History or/and AP Human Geography

Classification: Contract

Compensation: $30-$35/hr

Location: Online

The Position:

• Provide AP Test Prep Tutoring to students in grades 9-12
• Tutoring assignments are 60-90 minutes
• Tutoring assignments will be regular and reliable
• Tutoring sessions are generally scheduled between 3PM and 9PM CST during the week and between 10am - 4pm CST for part of a weekend day.
