Atlas Copco North America LLC is seeking a Turnkey Solutions Team Manager in the United States to lead both business development and project execution for turnkey solutions. You will establish long-term customer partnerships and position the Oil-Free Air Division as a premier supplier of complete air and gas utility installation solutions.

You will drive standardized methodologies, tools, and performance metrics across turnkey projects to enable profitable, repeatable, and scalable execution

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of experience selling, managing, or delivering complex industrial projects.
• At least 7 years of direct, customer-facing experience; turnkey solution sales preferred.
• Prior PMO experience is an advantage.

Responsabilités

• Lead, coach, and develop a multidisciplinary team responsible for selling, managing, and executing turnkey industrial projects.
• Establish and improve standardized project methodologies, tools, templates, and governance processes.
• Oversee project performance via KPIs, providing visibility on health, schedule, cost, and profitability.
• Coordinate with customers, internal teams, suppliers, and third-party contractors throughout the project lifecycle.
• Recruit, mentor, and develop project managers to build organizational capability.
