Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience selling, managing, or delivering complex industrial construction or installation projects.
• 7+ years of direct, customer-facing experience; turnkey solutions preferred.
• Experience within or alongside a PMO structure is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a multidisciplinary team responsible for selling, managing, and executing turnkey industrial projects (greenfield and brownfield).
• Standardize project methodologies, tools, templates, and governance to improve execution quality and efficiency.
• Collaborate with leadership to align initiatives with strategic objectives, ROI, and resource capacity.
• Monitor project performance via KPIs, providing visibility on health, schedule, cost, and profitability.
• Support planning, cost control, scheduling, risk management, and stakeholder coordination throughout the lifecycle.
