Atlas Copco Compressors LLC in Houston, Texas, is seeking a Project Engineer to lead and support customer centers within the Oil-free Air and Industrial Air Divisions, executing technical and commercial orders for engineered compressed air systems used in oil & gas and petrochemical industries.

Reporting to the Application Engineering Manager, you will develop competitive quotations, analyze specifications, and convert quotations into confirmed production orders while collaborating with

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree required; 5+ years of rotating equipment experience preferred.
• Experience preparing technical/commercial quotations and production orders is advantageous.
• Ability to review customer specs for compliance with Atlas Copco standards.

Mansioni

• Develop competitive, technically sound quotations for skid-packaged equipment.
• Analyze customer specifications for compliance and identify exceptions.
• Convert quotations into confirmed production orders and support project workflows.
• Collaborate with Application Engineers to tailor optimal technical solutions.
• Quote sub-supplied equipment over 10% of the bid with clear terms in project files.
• Coordinate with Engineered Solutions teams to maximize gross profit on projects.
• Adhere to OSHA regulations and SafeStart safety training; promote a safety culture.
• Contribute flexible to evolving department needs and company objectives.
