Atlas Copco North America LLC is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to drive profitable growth for the Power Technique portfolio across the West Region of North America. You will lead strategic plans for large air systems, nitrogen solutions, and air treatment while building executive relationships with key customers across mining, oil & gas, petrochemical, and manufacturing sectors.

Ideal candidates bring 7+ years in industrial sales, 5+ years in compressed air or equivalent technical products,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Technical Sales or related field preferred.
• 7+ years of successful industrial sales experience.
• 5+ years selling compressed air, gas generation, industrial equipment, rotating equipment, or other technical products.
• Proven success growing strategic accounts and driving revenue growth.
• Experience in mining, oil & gas, petrochemical, manufacturing, energy, or infrastructure industries.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive revenue, profitability, and market share growth across the West Region.
• Identify and pursue business opportunities within mining, oil & gas, petrochemical, pipeline, refining, manufacturing, power generation, and contractor markets.
• Promote and grow sales of portable air compressors, high-pressure compressors, air boosters, nitrogen generators, air treatment equipment, and portable electric compressor solutions.
• Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through proactive customer engagement, prospecting, and opportunity management.
• Negotiate commercial agreements and contracts with strategic customers, EPC firms, and key stakeholders.
• Develop value-based solutions that improve customer productivity, efficiency, uptime, sustainability, and total cost of ownership.
• Build and maintain executive-level relationships with key customers across North America.
• Manage strategic accounts and multi-site opportunities, driving long-term growth and customer retention.
