Dashiell is seeking a Project Manager for turnkey construction of high-voltage substations and transmission lines in The Woodlands, TX. You will lead project planning, execution, and monitoring, coordinating with purchasing and field teams to deliver on schedule and budget.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated understanding of substations, substation control and transmission systems.
• Experience with project planning, cost control and scheduling.
• Strong leadership and team coordination abilities.
• Excellent communication and collaboration within cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Own the development, planning, execution, and monitoring of turnkey high voltage projects.
• Coordinate with purchasing to ensure material readiness and expediting as needed.
• Manage multiple project teams and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Prepare monthly cash flows, billing, and change orders; produce progress reports.
