Four Seasons Westlake Village is seeking a Housekeeping Turndown Attendant to join our dedicated team. You will ensure rooms are prepared for a restful night's sleep, maintain high cleanliness standards, and contribute to guest satisfaction during the early evening shifts.

This part-time role offers an opportunity to work in a luxury hotel environment in Southern California, with on-site duties, uniform, meals, and benefits including parking, wellbeing programs, and career growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• High school education or equivalent.
• Previous Housekeeping experience is a plus.
• Reading, writing and oral proficiency in the English language.
• Successful candidates must possess legal United States work authorization.

Responsabilités

• Receive a set number of occupied rooms to clean during a shift; remove used towels and replace them with clean ones from the Linen Closet; wipe down wet surfaces in the bathroom; fold clothing left in room and place it in the appropriate spot; remove Room Service trays, dishes and carts to service landings; close drapes, reduce lighting and prepare bed.
• Restocks used amenities such as shampoo, lotions, cotton balls, stationary and pens
• Prepare unoccupied rooms for turndown for arriving guests
• Perform full Room Attendant duties in occupied rooms and late check-out rooms when needed

About The Role

Four Seasons Hotel Westlake Village is seeking a Housekeeping Turndown Attendant to join our dedicated and dynamic team! Be part of our commitment to providing unparalleled guest experiences by ensuring rooms are cleaned and prepared for a restful night's sleep. As a Turndown Attendant, you'll play a crucial role in maintaining our high standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction, working in the early evening to create a welcoming space for our guests.

What You Will Do
