You will complete make-ready tasks including repairs, caulking, drywall touch-ups, painting, and general maintenance, while maintaining grounds and following safety policies. Flexible schedule and comprehensive benefits apply.

Qualifications

• Experience performing repairs and make-ready tasks for vacant units.
• Ability to caulk, seal around windows, sinks, toilets, tubs, and showers.
• Ability to inspect drywall and perform repairs as needed.
• Ability to perform touch-up painting and general maintenance tasks.

Responsibilities

• Complete repairs and improvements to apartment homes prior to move-in.
• Ensure proper caulking and sealing around windows and fixtures.
• Inspect drywall for damage and repair/replace as needed.
• Perform touch-up painting for vacant and occupied units.
• Maintain grounds, common areas, and amenities as needed.
• Support cost-control by using materials efficiently and avoiding waste.
