Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Maintenance Technician to ensure vacant units are turn-ready and meet company standards. You will perform repairs, caulking, painting, and touch-ups while maintaining common areas and grounds.

You will follow safety policies, document work orders, and support cost-control efforts by using appropriate materials efficiently. This onsite role requires flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in property maintenance preferred.
• Ability to perform multiple tasks with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Perform repairs and improvements to vacant and occupied units.
• Caulk and seal around windows, sinks, and fixtures.
• Inspect drywall and complete repairs as needed.
• Carry out touch-up painting and general cleaning as directed.
• Support grounds, common areas, and amenities maintenance.
