Job summary

Greystar is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to ensure turn-ready units through timely repairs and preventive maintenance. You will perform critical systems work and maintain common areas to high standards.

The role requires hands-on problem solving, adherence to safety policies, and the ability to respond to maintenance requests with urgency and professionalism. On-site work at a Greystar managed property.

Qualifications

• Experience performing maintenance and repairs in multifamily housing.
• Ability to diagnose issues and perform preventive maintenance.
• Commitment to safety policies and quality workmanship.

Responsibilities

• Complete repairs and improvements to vacant and occupied units.
• Inspect and caulk/ seal around windows, sinks, toilets, bathtubs, showers.
• Perform touch-up painting and general cleanup of community areas.
• Assist in grounds maintenance and upkeep of amenities.
• Adhere to safety training and report accidents promptly.
