Maymont Homes is seeking a Make Ready Technician to prep vacant homes for new residents by performing move-out inspections, basic repairs, and punch readiness tasks. You will manage your daily workload, ensure timely turns, and help bring homes to leasing readiness across markets.

The role requires independent work, strong organization, and basic repair skills. This position offers remote flexibility with a focus on timely, quality completion to support Brookfield-backed communities.

Qualifications

• Minimum HS Diploma or equivalent.
• 1-3 years of handyman/maintenance/construction experience preferred.
• Basic knowledge of residential repair tasks and tools.
• Strong time management and ability to work independently.
• Detail oriented with problem-solving for residential repairs.

Responsibilities

• Perform initial move-out inspections on assigned homes.
• Identify and document repair needs and scope of work.
• Assist with punch walks and final readiness tasks.
• Support rapid turnover to leasing readiness.
• Record findings and upload before/after photos in systems.
