Job summary

Maymont Homes is seeking a Make Ready Technician in Cleveland, OH to prepare vacant homes for new residents. You will perform initial move-out inspections, handle basic repairs, and assist with final punch and readiness items, ensuring homes meet standards for Clean, Safe and Functional turnover.

The role requires time management, independence, and the ability to balance speed with quality to support on-time leasing. Experience in handyman or maintenance work is preferred.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Ability to perform basic residential repairs and utilize standard tools.
• Strong time-management and independent work skills.

Responsibilities

• Inspect move-out homes and identify repair needs to scope work.
• Perform basic repairs (doors, blinds, lighting, drywall patches) and prepare homes for turnover.
• Complete repairs during initial visit to improve turnaround times and reduce trips.
• Document findings and upload photos in company systems and keep status updates current.
